Complete Grundfos SQFlex Solar Pump System Pricing

The table below shows 10 different system sizes and the daily July water production (in blue) for each system.   These values are based on the solar isolation for Dodge City, Kansas.  Please call for the actual water production for your location.  Also, larger systems are available...please call us for larger system quotes.

To size a system, find the static water level for your well (red numbers) and go straight across until you find the desired gallons per day (in blue), then go straight up to find the size (in black @ top) and Price (in green @ bottom).   Each Column is for the same system just with different head pressures and 3 different series of systems.

Example  1000gpd at 100' head = size GF1000  $2643 series BB system.

There are 3 series of systems for each size of system...BB series, PM series, and CT series.

The BB series is the "Bare Bones" series with only the PUMP, and SOLAR MODULES. This series is for the handy man that can build his own mounting brackets.  You will need to purchase the plumbing and wiring locally with this kit.   The pump will operate with out the control box...you will not be able to stop/start the pump however. 

The PM series is our best seller and this series includes: PUMP, SOLAR MODULES, CONTROL BOX, POLE TOP MOUNT BRACKETS, and PUMP CONNECTOR KIT.  You will need to purchase the plumbing and wiring locally with this kit.

The CT series is the "Complete" kit, it contains: PUMP, SOLAR MODULES, CONTROL BOX, POLE TOP MOUNT BRACKETS, WIRING KIT, PUMP CONNECTOR KIT, 100' DROP PIPE, 100' SAFETY ROPE, 100' SUBMERSIBLE PUMP CABLE, SANITARY WELL SEAL, and HARDWARE KIT.  This is the utlimate kit as it contains every thing except for a steel post (for mounting solar array on top of).   Longer lengths of drop pipe, safety rope, and submersible pump cable can be ordered.

CONTROL BOXES:
The  IO010 control boxes included in the PM and CT series of systems is a basic on/off controller with a moisture proof high voltage on/off switching circuit.

There are 2 other control boxes that are available, the IO011 and the CU200.

The IO011 has the same circuitry as the IO010 plus it also has an added Generator interface that allows a generator or other AC input to be "plugged" into the controller.  When the generator runs out of gas or the AC power is otherwise stopped, the controller automatically switches back to solar power. If you would like this controller instead of the IO010 please add $100 to the total system cost.

The CU200 is a float level control box that shuts the pump off once the storage tank is full.  The CU200 also has a digital read out that shows the system's conditions.  This controller can be added for and additional $250.00

The Grundfos SQFlex systems are the most reliable and energy-efficient water supply systems available.  All components have been developed to optimize system life, performance, and the ease with which it can be installed and maintained.  In the majority of cases , installation takes less than 4 hours and maintenance is virtually non-existant. 

These systems are a cost-effective, low maintenance alternative to out-dated mechanical windmill pumps, individually tailored to meet your needs.    The pump motors are a BRUSHLESS type of motor with a 15 year life expectancy.   The solar panels have a 25 year life expectancy.
